About: I was not supposed to get a jaro. But after visiting my mother's birthplace in Sorsele, Sweden I stopped by at Eurico Ranch unannounced. I was hoping for a cup of coffee and maybe play a bit with the dogs (not to mention use the bathroom) before I went on my way back to Stockholm. I was in luck and was greeted in a welcoming manner. They had just imported a couple of jaros and there she was. Like a wolf fairytale! Her intense yellow eyes piercing me. She had her head lowered, standing very still and just stared at me. For a minut I almost thought she was going to charge! But then she licked her lips, wagged her tail tentatively and approached me cautiously. After I got to pet her it took about 30 seconds before she lay outstretched with her belly in the air begging for a scratch! After that she followed me around for the whole stay. And I just fell for her! I could not bear to part with her. So I didn't. I hope she fancy sledding because that will be her new job!
